The Details

“The Naming Show” was our first event and formalizing exhibition, showcasing the eclectic talents and dynamic sensibilities of this tenderhearted bunch of (sometimes ratched, generally fantastic) coconuts. It was a high-wire act balancing community engagement with interdimensional travel for the specific aim of divining our creative through-line, putting words to that shared je ne sais quoi, and thus The Produce Section was born!

Fresh! Zesty! A lil fruity! We got allllllllll the nourishment you need, baby! And the last go-round, we exhibited artists with work featured from the galleries of Seoul to the catwalks of Paris and the stage screens of Coachella, so y’all best believe we bout to take shit to the next level! So in the spirit of all things organic, behold!

Got questions? So do we! That's the point! But to offer a wee morsel for our famished public, we cannnnn say that it's an exhibition addressing the question of art in these times. An exploration of human endeavor, identity, and our relationship to tech within the context of this most pivotal inflection point. No biggie!

Phase 1: a salon of healthy discourse accompanying a tasteful(-ish) mixed media gallery show of painting, sculpture, installation, photography, projection mapping, reality bending, etc. etc.

Phase 2: listening party/musical journey through member Jonathan Charles' experiential EP “Higher Places” with live painting by artist and pro-domme Lady Payne.

Phase 3: ze Afters! as if we hadn’t gotten weird enough 😘 (DJ lineup coming soon!)
